We are seeking a detail orientated and dependable Member Care Scheduler to join our Homecare team!

Key Responsibilities:
· Understand member assessments, needs and outcomes
· Manage scheduling software for quality care
· Create biweekly schedules matching authorized service hours
· Ensure members always receive attended services
· Provide professional, responsive customer communication
· Update systems, schedules as conditions change
· Maintain on-call coverage rotation requirements
